I have strawberry blond(Orange-y) hair and bluish greenish eyes,

I would avoid blues, greens, and purples because the colors are to alike to your blue eyes and will make them disappear with the rest of your face. Brown is your best option. Almay makes intense i-color for blue eyes that you can buy and it will look really good.
it depends if you have a really social personality. if so i might go with darker colors. and if u r a kind of quiet personality then i would go with somthing light like pink.

try a brown color.
