What are good eye shadow colours for light/dark brown eyes?

my friend and i have light and dark brown eyes and we're not sure what colour eye shadow compliments our eyes. my friend is chinese and she only has one layer on her eyelid so any suggeestions aswell?What are good eye shadow colours for light/dark brown eyes?
Ooooh! I was wondering about this a couple months back and I looked it up on the internet. With brown eyes you can seriously wear just about any color with brown eyes. Just wear it in moderation and surround it with more subtle tones like pink, lilac, beige, ect... (sea foam green looks awesome with either the pink or lilac)What are good eye shadow colours for light/dark brown eyes?
i have light brown eyes and i have been very into makeup for years now. I think that light brown and golden colors definitely compliment that eye color the best especially if you put a little under the lower lash as well.

Girls with brown eyes are lucky because they can pull off any color really.
purple or blue would really make your eyes pop. For a subtle look use a soft blue and for a stronger night look use a deeper pigmented blue or purple
purples %26amp; blues will make the brown-ness stand out more. u cud also try greens %26amp; gold for a more natural looking eye
anything works as long as it doesnt clash. look up different looks on mac or cuberry.

i think u have to use cream colour eyeshadow.
i also think purple looks nice
