japanese violet. To get this color just mix a violet color and a sky blue. It's beautiful! Purple is great because it is the opposite of yellow on the color wheel and therefore it brings out the yellow in blue eyes. I am the same and I like to use play up the blue eyeshadow form almay. If you don't like that one you could always use the bring out the blue one to. They both make the blue in your eyes really pretty.
Greys an metallic silvers work well.
Use a metallic silver eyeliner on the inner corners of your eyes.
And i like to use Revlons Molte Metal eyeshadow in the silver on my brow bone.
Blue eyes and blonde hair are a great combination. Eye shadow in the colors green, purple, and silver will look great.

if u want a drug store brand, i like loreal. they have shadow for specific eye colors. the colors are beautiful.
Brown, i think any colour is good.
