What's the best way to apply liquid eye shadow with a dark color and a light color?

I want to know where is the best place on the eye to apply the dark color and where to put the lighter color to accent the eyes?

This is just one idea: Put the light color on first on the lower lid of the eye and a little right below the eyebrow.


Follow that with the darker color in the crease of the eye. Line the eye with eyeliner last so you don't smudge the eyeliner.

use the lighter under your eyes in the corner near your nose and above your eye lids just under your brow. this make for a brighter eye. use the darker color on the lid and out towards to edges to accent the shape of your eye. use liquid eyeline to easily glide over the shadow without smearing.
