I am a former brunette gone red head and with blue eyes and browns have always worked best for me... with pale skin and blond hair stay away from anything to dark it will make you look like a zombie. In summer use lighter shade and in the fall more earth tones.
i have blonde hair, blue eyes, and pale skin too...so if you wanna go dark...chocolate browns make blue eyes pop. or golds make them shimmer and look good w/ blonde. If you wanna go light a shimmery white is gorgeous for the corners, or a pale peachy color is pretty too...Good Luck! :)
brown, purple, mauve, pink and other neutral tones. i find my eyes look good with either of these shades and then adding on eyeliner and mascara to frame the eye and add boldness to them.
Dark browns, and coppers.





Black smokey eyes also make any color eye's stand out.
Pinks, mauves, and browns (from peach and tan to darker) layered.
Browns, pinks and purples look best on blues.
