Mascara - It depends what look you're going for. If you want something a little striking, black or soft black will look great!
Eyeliner - black, blue black, green black, etc. (depending on the shade of brown your eyes are) can look lovely. But brown liner (depending on the colour of your eyes and the liner), can draw out the colour of your eyes.
Shadow - I personally think that purples and greens look great with brown eyes. Plums look nice, too. :) Brown is a very versatile eye colour, though. So you could probably get away with almost any colour. :)

It all depends on your style..... And what you are looking 4. Are you looking for a more edgy look or a natural look.
Edgy: Black eyeliner, and a darker shadow. Black, gray, silver.
Natural: A brown eyeliner, and natural eyeshadow. Brow, pink, peach.
Also do what you like best. Like 4 me, I like a more edgy look, but on others I like a natural I do not know why, lol. I like to mix and match. Oh and experiment with different stuff. Then you will find something you like :D

I have brown eyes as well.
What seems to work for me and makes my eyes POP.
Is a more gold/brown color eyeliner, on the top and bottom of the eye.
For the shadow, i usually just do a smokey eye,
sometimes i do bright colors when i'm in the mood.
I got my eyeliner from the kohls department store,
and my shadow from walmart!
Black or brown. If you wear blue or some kind of noticeable eyeshadow it doesn't look good . It makes you look like a sl*t . If you want something noticable and it doesn't make you look like your playing with makeup you should wear black or some kind of brown.
Elf (eyes lips face) stuff cost $1. I would check out those brown eyed kits in like a wal-mart (physicians formula has the one I LOVE) and buy shades in the kit from elf (for extremely cheap) and play with shades similar until you get comfortable with experimenting.
Brown eye shadow works great with anybody, and top eye liner is good too. But if you have those dark lines under your eyes then I wouldn't recommend you putting on bottom eye liner.

AVON Products are inexpensive. You will want to wear a brown eyeliner as well as a brown mascara. As far as eye shadow, greens will make your brown eyes look more brown. Contact an Independent Representataive near you.
I would go with a chocolate brown or light brown eyeliner because black eyeliner often makes eyes look small and since your eyes are brown, they'd look even smaller. As for eyeshadow, I would say either pinks or bronze colors.
dont get wet n wild make-up, its cheap, but its crap, it barely works. i use annabella black eyeliner, and i have greeny eyes, and i wear a light brownish eye shadow.
i have brown eyes and black hair. i wear black eyeliner. sometimes i wear brown it depends on where im going and normally i do a mix of different shades of brown eye shadow.

Black eyeliner looks good on anyone.
On the eyeshadow you should do a more natural color like light pink or gold or yellow.
bright purples are supposed to brighten brown eyes, and i think dark blue eyeliner is really pretty.
Green is complementary to brown eyes.
It depends on what you're wearing. If your wearing blue cloths than where blue eye shadow. Or what every color makes your eyes pop! :)
depends what colour your skin is.....I have brown eyes and light brown skin....i wear a black eyeliner or dark brown and wear a shimmering purple eyeshadow...light...it brings my eyes out xoxox
you should wear black eyeliner, I think it looks best and what ever ur fav color is you should wear for eye shadow.
