What color eye shadow can I use for an everyday look?

I'm Pacific Islander with dark skin (I get lighter in the Winter---haha) But usually I get dark really easily, I have deep dark brown eyes. I was wondering what color eye shadow can I use for an ';everyday look'; Currently I am using L'Oreal H.I.P It's a goldish color, but when I put it on it's just a slight shimmer.

I have features very similar to yours, and for my everyday look i use a silvery eye shadow called Silver Ring from M.A.C. It costs about $14 at a M.A.C store.What color eye shadow can I use for an everyday look?
