What is the best drugstore brand pressed powder eye shadow?

what is an eye shadow that won't dry out the skin on my eyes? it has to be pressed powder form, and it has to be drugstore brand.

I love using Loreal and Revlon. They are fair priced %26amp; have a really great selection. I use a brush to apply all my eye shadow, not those wands.
i like jane...well ive only tried one of theirs. I don't know how l'oreals hip line is. they seem to be better quality, but not sure

most of them are all the same and not that good, try mac expensive but really worth it, otherwise NYX is really good too
