They should look really nice on your brown eyes.





Experiment a bit with these colors and see which you like best.

It mainly depends on your skin tone. If you have a darker skin tone, then a gold eye shadow combined with a bronze finish and dark brown eyeliner would be perfect. Glitters also look perfect on darker skins (BUT, do not over do it!!!!) Also earth tone colors are perfect and suit more the darker skins. For summer I prefer a light green while for winter I would prefer gold


If you have a lighter skin tone, then brown eyes can match any eye shadow color. It depends from the season. For Christmas, I you live in a colder country, then I would suggest diamond color eye shadow, really black eye liner and red lip gloss (it s perfect for x-mas) or many variations of purple with gold or silver. If it is summer time, I would suggest vivid colors, such as pink, light blue, yellow and orange (always in lighter tones). The advantage of brown eyes is that hey are neutral. So, you can mix and match. For example, use light green eye shadow with blue eye liner, or pink eye shadow with brown or purple eyeliner. Avoid red and the brown-green color. They make your eyes look aged and tired.
Lilac,(paler than purple) green and blue eyeshadows look amazing on dark brown eyes. Teal eyeshadow looks amazing. If you went to a Mac counter they would show you quite a few eyeshadows that look great on dark brown eyes. Most tend to be those colours that you think are gross but with a soft wash over the lid your eyes just pop.





Navy blue mascara looks awesome on brown eyes. It is just finding that colour in your favourite mascara. Navy blue eyeliner would also look good if you do not want to wear a light liner during the day. If you don't mind a light liner experiment with light blues and greys..





Go to Mac and try out the different variations of the colour on your skin. You don't necessarily need to buy their makeup but it will give you some idea.

I have dark brown eyes and dark skin. NC35/40
Dark liner and mascara, and a light beige color on lid, then a pink/purple in crease, then a darker pink or purple (whichever you used in crease) Almay makes a eyeshadow trio that comes w/ 3 different color shades for every eye color. Iuse the one for brown eyes and have since gotten a lot of compliments on the way my make up looks.
Black eye liner makes any colour eye stand out. My eyes are boring brown, but when i wear black eye liner they look really interesting and emphasised. Any eye shadow you like would look good with brown eyes I'm sure, I'm getting fluro green eye shadow, hen i tried it on it looked good.
Purple shadow works wonders !!!! black eyeliner and black mascara... different types of dark bronzy colors work well too ... but always with a little bit of black along the lash line.
I have brown eyes as what really makes my eyes pop is black liner and black mascara. For shadow, pink, purple and coral color work best.
