What color eye shadow and eyeliner looks better on fair skin?

I have fair skin, and blond hair with rosy cheeks and pinkish eyelids and on the skin below my brow on eye.

What color eye shadow and eyeliner looks good? How should i apply it?

*ps -green eyes-*What color eye shadow and eyeliner looks better on fair skin?
Eye Shadow: Doing more neutral colors are safe routes. However, depending on your outfit and how your mood is at the time, I would suggest a rose red or ice blue. Although using your eye color may match that part of your face, it also accentuates it and causes it to appear much larger, which can be a bad thing. I would apply the eye shadow towards the outer edges of your eyes in an upper diagonal fashion towards your temples, but not too much area should be covered. Be moderate in your usage.

Eye liner: If you are a beginner, you should use a pencil by all means. But if you can handle it, trying using liquid w/ brush. You could use dark green for this part of your eye, because it won't make it look bigger, but more defined. You want definition around your eyes and not enlargement. What color eye shadow and eyeliner looks better on fair skin?
Well I am a blond with green eyes and somewhat rosy cheeks. My skin is very fair also. I have found that purple eyeshadows work the best for me. You can find eyeshadows at any drugstore or Walmart to match green eyes. Every brand seems to have purple for green eyes. When you apply the multiple shades of purple to your lids, make sure you use the darkest in the crease of your eye and the lightest below the brow fading away to the rest of your face. I try not to overdo it too much with the eyeliner though. When it comes to that, I stick with smoke gray or brown(Those are also good colors for your mascara). I only apply eyeliner on half of the bottom lid and then spread it out with my finger. I put it all the way across my top lid. Another helpful hint is not to go bold with lipstick, it takes away from the eyes. I actually lightly apply foundation to my lips to sort of fade them out. My eyes seem more drastic that way and very very green.
I think blonds look great in all kinds of eyeshadows...if you want to go intense you could try a light green (to match your eyes) or light blue...if you want to go more conservative, try a light pink or cream colors. Also golds are really in right now and they make all kinds - my favorite is 'champagne' by covergirl.

I always use a brush to apply my eyeshadows- it goes on more even and blends better. If you go to youtube and search 'make up' tutorials- you will find all kinds of cool stuff, and if you pick the good ones, they will take you step by step on how to apply makeup in all different kinds of ways...I got all kinds of ideas from those things.
use brown (not dark brown) eyeliner.

eyeshadow shades: sparklyish white, neutral shimmery shades. nothing too dark. :)
Whatever you do DONT use Helen E cosmetics, the worst possible makeup ever! xx
You don't want to use too dark an eyeshadow or it'll look skanky or like you lost a fight. I'd go with pink or purple.
Grey or black.
