For an everyday look I like to use neutral colors, then add a bright liner. My favorite are light brown shadows with bright teal liner, it's very pretty. Brown is good 'cause it goes with a lot of things, like pink, purple, blue, green and more. Wet'N'Wild has awesome liners, liquid and stick, that are really cheap.What are cute ways to wear eye shadow or eyeliner in fun colors besides black/brown?

A good and quick thing to do is use an interesting shade of liner, on top and bottom, then apply a colour that goes with it all over the lid, on top of the liner.
